Just practice getting good at 1 or 2 different stitches, i used stitch markers to keep track of the end of rows, practice finding 1/2

Ive been treated for adhd inattentive type for almost 20 years, even on meds i still have days were i cant believe i make simple mistakes
Youtube channel: how to adhd has alot of good info and Dr. Russell Barkley has lots of youtube content that my adhd therapist referenced
I was diagnosed at 8 years old, i just learnt last year that there are adhd/add drugs that are non stimulant 1/2
