2/2 This was a module 4 straight spur gear. The tooth broke at 180Nm. When it broke it just folded over.
I work in development and always use 3d printers to verify concepts. I have printed big gear systems, and stress tested the teeth. (1/2)

I read it for my 11 year old. He loved it. When a reference came up, we looked it up on youtube. It was a nice experience for the both of us
