Very few of these actually 'good ads', point is to grab your attention and sell the product, a sexy girl would likely win vs. 99% of them.
(Lack of action doesn't mean you're the same as them, it most likely means you have a very low chance of influencing the outcome)
They'll summarily do a misinformation campaign to drown this out if it ever gets out, so even if you do make a stink, it won't work out.
