I had the opportunity to meet go to this park in Nara. Let me tell you , some of them are assh*les. They will bow for the cracker and you better give to them or they will chase you and bite you for it without warning.

I work for a financial institution and the rules to open an account or apply for a loan are very clear for non US citizens . There is a list of visas that are eligible. Im assuming at some point he might be legal. The lender is gonna try to get back as much as possible. Banks are not stupid , this guy probably had a very high interest rate .
