I work at a hospital, due to a scheduling error, I end up having to do a weekend shift 24-hours, solo. I was given a $7 food coupon. Real.

When i was a kid, my best friend Justina had a brain tumor. When they removed it, she had completely forgotten everything including me.
She no longer recognized me. Made me think love is only as real as a persons ability to recall them.
