These deer aren't skittish in the slightest and are very good-looking compared to wild deer

I've never had a problem with wild animals. It's always cats and dogs. A labrador was caught red handed breaking into our chicken coop >
There are so many feral cats here. About a year ago, they killed half our ducklings.

Anywhere they're allowed to roam. Cats also live longer indoors so you're cutting their life short by letting them roam unsupervised.

Granted most pitbulls that end up in shelters are just discarded dogs.
I know this is late but that's not always the case. I had to leave some of my beloved, very much wanted pets behind when we lost our home.
I would definitely say something because deer mice carry Hantavirus, something much nastier than what your typical house mouse probably has.
