The areas should already be unlocked, you just have to fast travel to them to begin the quest line

Turning your bike up like that when in the air causes you to travel further and fall slower. If you go fast enough you can glide forever.
I'd love a remastered Fallout: New Vegas. Or a new one.

I did something similar to #4 yesterday. My guy parachuted onto the edge of a roof, tripped on a grate and fell off.
