US here, had all 4 of mine removed totally awake, just numbed up. No cutting, he just kinda... pushed them out. Felt fine after the first.

Me to a doctor, he insisted I could get over it, even tho it was leaking pus and I had to sleep with a towel under my arm, and when it /2
