Just like how parents will insist their kids should have helmets on but will ride along side them without one. And then wonder why their teenager doesn't want to wear one because it's not cool
I'm childfree (like you I assume) but that is an insane stance. Parents will be screwed over well enough by having to spend time, effort, energy AND money to raise a child. Slapping them with a fee on top is insulting. And way to fuck the economy handing out millions and millions of dollars. Just cover sterilization and they've saved you hundreds of thousands of dollars

I woke up mad at my husband once because he threw away my nice handbag into a trashcan in front of me in my dream. When i woke up and gently slapped his chest it was because i wasn't aware that he had done so in a dream and I didn't understand why he would throw away a perfectly nice handbag (i dont even own or wear handbags). Dreams don't always make sense and i was instantly sorry lol
Everything adds up. Work isn't providing raises every 6 months anymore and when they do it's $.40/h every 2 years. Meanwhile groceries don't seem THAT much more expensive but *every* item costs $.20 more every 6-7 months. Every insurance provider provides no current benefit and no extra liability but continues to go up $15 every year. So does electricity, gas, you name it. We get paid the same, we aquire the same stuff but slowly our savings stop building like the used to

I once gave into the spinning and it sent me on such a roller coaster ride, I laughed uncontrollably for several minutes while whining of joy. I dont even like roller coasters. But I'd do it again

Humans are kinda already disrupting their habitat by building all over it. The least we can do is help them out with food so they don't become endangered from habitat loss and starvation
And sometimes they have no idea what we're gonna say anyway, and try to interrupt you 12 days to Sunday about 12 different topics and when you finish talking they're still like "oh yeah I knew you were gonna say that"
