I think America is unique for calling the better class on domestic "first" every other country I've flown with just calls it business.
Americans call domestic business "first class". It's kinda funny given how domestic business is usually light years away from international business, let alone first

I knew the finance manager of one of those "30 under 30s" types. They totally cook their books to make it look like they're worth $XXXM or had XXX% growth. Knew another that was getting featured on the front pages of newspaper, her whole property empire was built on debt and daddy's money.
