Used to do maintenance for the Army, now forever stuck doing it for friends and family until I fake my death.
The sad news was they had to replace both our work trucks. Thanks to needing a new station van, my boss got a new truck and I got a 99 F250

If that was the case BOTH would say 21st, as 8:48AM would be 12:48AM (next day) for them. That's not the case.
And the second photo says the 21st. If they were using their time zone, both pictures would say 21st. These are two different events.
The left says 8:48 on the 20th (which would be 12:48AM the 21st in Japan). Their time stamps are clearly showing the time and date in US.

They didn't corroborate. They even said it was uncorroborated. That doesn't mean it isn't reported, but investigation ongoing.
