Because top 10% is inclusive with 1% & 5% (& everything between for that matter). It’s not specifically the 10th percentile that pays that.
It doesn’t. It’s broken down showing top 1%, 5%, 10%, 25%, 50%, then bottom 50%. Each one is independent. The two 50%s will = 100
