I have a 10 month old and it's so satisfying to go from whining to giggle fits, completely changes my mood.

When my parents first married my father worked in NYC all week and drove up to be with mom on weekends. They did this for a few years.
Had a guy claim he accidentally fell on a screwdriver while working on his car.

disruption to their routine. It is a reasonable accommodations to work the same schedule she had been working, which they denied her.
It is unreasonable though. People have other commitments. People with disabilities especially need structure and this change is a huge
Have some compassion man.
Except for when it's somebody with a disability who needs routine and this very well may have interfered with other services she needs.
They will help you stop the bad coping mechanisms and learn new better ones!

Sounds like I still don't want to work for that company. Good employees are an investment, not an expense. Focus should be on retention.
