Sounds like it has to do with the scada system that monitors them. Wind farm should work fine for the most part.

Turtles are great, but you are also great.
The x is likely to mark that the bolt was torqued. The hole may be to rig a man basket off and repair the blades.

Supposedly the particulate filters I use in a full face respirator will keep me safe because of the micron size it filters. Not official tho

I think that place is actually a pretty well rated charity.

If minimum wage is increased, all wages should increase by the same value. Minimum wage ideally should be higher, not at mid.class expense.
Increasing the minimum wage, for the most part, devalues anyone making more than minimum wage. A better solution would be a UBI. 1/2
The average UAW worker is not making close to $50-60 an hour. A good part of the protest is for the reversal of cuts made during recession.
Most jobs that send you to different places frequently do site to site travel plans. Going home each weekend, especially overseas, is unique
As a field service technician, I get the frequent travel part of it. Going home every weekend, instead of a new site, sounds strange.
