I started out with this fat on top of my abs in a similar pattern, I'll say it again, what you're seeing isn't muscle.

Women have to get to a good 15-20% fat to see actual abs. If you poked these they would be soft, they're rolls of fat not muscle
Yes she has abs, everyone does. Maybe i'll rephrase it. You're not seeing her actual muscle there, you're seeing the fat on top of her abs.
