Well, no, a corporate tax is different. Corporate tax is a tax on their profits, so it doesn't matter how much they charge you, they are still going to have to pay that same tax % on the profit. And the way companies can avoid that tax is by investing back into their employees and company.

#35 the hand soap we used today has an interesting story behind it. The guy who first thought of home liquid soap couldn't patent the ide because liquid soap already existed and so did the pumps to dispense it but no one had the idea to put them together. Since he didn't want other companies to immediately steal his idea, he found the only manufacturer of the pumps, bought every pump they had and could produce in the next 2 years and made them cancel all their orders.

As an electrician, you should not mess with electricity if you don't know what you're doing, the chances of eletrocution/fire/blowing something up are too high. Plumbing, meh, not so much. You should test everything before closing it in to make sure there's no leaks. Other than that you're good, oh, wait, don't bite your finger nails and shit flows down hill.

Also, 100 yr old reclaimed rafters with, checks notes, corrugated sheet metal roof. Why wouldn't you do a cedar roof or something of the sorts to get the old times look?
