Having your employees set unrealistic/unobtainable goals is how you make them burnout and hate working for you, unless you're giving them plenty of incentive (i.e. performance based bonuses) to go along with those goals. I used to go all out writing extra trying to get ahead of deadlines, but bonuses stopped, and so did I. My extra effort wasn't appreciated, so I no longer try that hard
Thinking about whether sending some of these to my friend group will make them laugh, or feel like I'm calling them out
it's not even burning at both ends
Came back to upvote this, it got me a few posts down lol
I saw a article that said when asked if they believe Trump is an authoritarian the most common answer by far was "Whats an authoritarian?"
Already early voted, even though my state is hard coded red, and many of my coworkers openly support Trump I cast my vote for Kamala.
the first row is for their partners, the second is for their politicians
#1 this took me a bit longer than I like to recognize the problem.
This is exactly the problem with my mother in law, my wife has cut contact multiple times because of this, and eventually she'll start to think that her mom can be better, maybe after not talking for so long she'll have learned a lesson, and then it'll be okay for a little while (seems like less time every time she's been brought back into our life) and inevitably we cut contact yet again.
This is probably my favorite rpg ever. The cinematics are incredible, the story is great, and there's a ton of characters with their own personality and back story and different attacks, which adds a ton of replayability. I think my first playground was around 40 hrs, and I didn't even get close to unlocking all the additions for each character
All of the cinematics in this game were, and still are, incredible. It's definitely one of my favorite rpgs ever. I remember the first time I finally got the complete Gust of Wind Dance with King Albert. I played it again a few years ago, and it was way easier to do the additions now that I've played games for another 20 years.
LttP is in my top 3 favorite games of all time
It's 2am, and I'm about to lie down and go to sleep, but I'll go find some sunscreen first.
I actually had 3 keys for some reason.1 for the door, 1 for the trunk, and one for the ignition.
dang, just 3 years after N64.I wish I didn't look that up.
No, that's tricotilomanía. You're thinking of the term when you move to far without dribbling in basketball.
what's this gif from? looks interesting
As a Magic the Gathering player, I do my fair share of tapping
Side note, I searched my online checkbook for all charges to the local game store I usually go to so I could see how much I've spent in the last 2 years since I got back into it. I don't recommend it
#3 Either you were a good teacher, or she's just better. I don't regret teaching my wife I love playing together it's a lot of fun whether I win or lose we're spending time together doing an activity we enjoy.
#37 Well, we may be narrowing down the suspects list
This may be the push I need to actually get a ps5, I love this game.
The graphics are definitely dated, but the gameplay itself is great. The story is really good, and the cutscenes are still incredible. I still recommend this to people of they get the opportunity to play it, it's my favorite jrpg.
I was confused with why you were discussing toes, if that counts.
Gotta make it great once, before it can be great again. But I support this movement
#15 Me, taking this as a sign to stop scrolling and get in the shower.
I would do this, but keep iit close. Then I would get the bonus stars and end up winning anyways.
