I agree with both parts, but I'm not expecting a ton of upvotes for it...
Tolerant vs intolerant, progressive vs regressive, open-minded vs closed-minded...[shrug]

Ignoring the bulk of it I'm going to go with "Eagle and bird" as the place where I snorted in my coffee mug.
Could we possibly get this daily...and find a volcano rather than a river if you please?
Could/couldn't care less both describe valid stages of the journey to not caring; one encompasses the middle, the other, the destination.
Think of it as durable flame, with an easy re-light feature... I think this one is in western New York.

Seems pretty self explanatory. You got light, medium, and dark, and for each one you've got least to most...I can work with that.

That's sort of the point. Fast growing pine has replaced depleted hardwoods for basic construction. Wood may actually grow on trees, but that doesn't mean it can be replaced in a heartbeat.
A tale as old as time.
