Wtf Hahahaha
3) The U.K. tried to create as much democracy as possible before leaving probably too late. Tbh the U.K. played a week hand very well.
2) They position and size of HK made it very difficult to make democracy early on. Especially with pressure from China.
1) Because of what the U.K. brought in before 1997 not from Chinese policy’s. Granted for a long time it didn’t have great democracy.
USA failed to qualify against Panama who we then pulled apart like wet toilet paper.
And panzers surrounded with little fuel and ammo. The channel helped both sides
The sea let them break us and the French in half if they didn’t do that the supply line would have eventually been broke
Also the sea helped the Germans as much as us. The supply lines from the panzer were extremely thin. They could not have gone further
We would but would just be an entirely different world so it’s not relevant really. If we weren’t an island all of Europe would beDifferent
Saying Britain would have lost if there was a land bridge is the same as saying we’d of lost if there was no America
The British army has never been any where near as affective as the Navy and that’s because we’re an island that has played to its strengths
Anyway I see what you’re trying to but I disagree on the grounds that all of Europe’s history would be different if there was a land bridge.
And possibly back tactics from the top that just didn’t predict the panzer coming through the Arden.
Right hang on. The French fought amazingly. They only lost France because of a complete, devastating new type of warefare Blitzcreige.
Not some salty water
But in this argument I’m just answering what saved Britain from invasion. Which was the RAF and Navy.
Yeah true once the American war machine kicked in it was pretty un matched. Apart from maybe ussr
Plus the RAF 4)
Even with u boats they blockaded Germany in during ww2. Operation Sea Lion would have been a shooting gallery for battleships.
3) Also Britain has always been renowned for its navy and still had the largest Navy in the world during ww2.
Operation Sea Lion would have a been a German disaster. They were smart not to go for it. 2)
The Battle of Britain saved us. Luftwaffe couldn’t control the skies. So they couldn’t defend their landing craft against the RN. 1)
Needed Vincen Company
