Most people who insist they need caffeine are under a placebo effect. The most they need it for is to prevent withdrawal migraines.
Plus, the piercing isn't permanent. If they get older and don't like the piercing they can stop wearing earrings and it will heal.
I don't see why people are freaking out about piercing a baby's ear. They don't have a lot, or any, nerve endings there yet.

"One guy and assistants" is kind of what a team is.
They don't need to cater to a teen boy's taste in women, they just need to make a character he can identify with.
They're trying to make it as popular as possible with as little money and effort. A new chapter has to be out every week.
So they put no effort into female characters because they just have to make them hot, and they make lots of male characters for self-insert.
Nobody else is going to say this, but it's because one piece is a shonen and the team behind it is catering to boys. 1/2

It all depends on the group. The gold award is unfortunately not as famous, because it's harder to get than Eagle Scout.
Unfortunately it's 15+, and cub scouts is also just for boys and there's no real female Cub Scout equivalent. But venturing is awesome.
