Look at the comment chain above. Someone literally says white male anger is not valid. This is what is stopping them.
Being white and male does not inflict suffering onto others. That's sexist and a vile thing to say.

Honestly a good lawyer could argue he was supporting ones right to wear what they like. Exposing oneself at these isn't actually uncommon.
