That's a stripper clip, the bullets are removed from them as they're placed into the gun. So no attempt was made to use these particular bullets. Many bullets come from the factory pre-packaged onto stripper clips so you can just pull them out the crate and slot them straight in. Even the 5.56mm comes on clips. This is just some ammo someone pulled out a stash and dropped on the floor.

They do have booms so could conceivably refuel the Israeli aircraft though carrying out tankering so close to the target is a tactic that experts would call "bloody stupid". I believe these aircraft were uninvolved.

This is what the Probe-and-Drogue system looks like. It uses a flexible hose trailing behind the tanker that the fighter can plug into. This picture, specifically, shows an RAF tanker. These tankers are fitted with either 2 or 3 hoses depending on version, they do not carry a Boom.
UK tankers use the Probe-and-Drogue refueling system. Israeli aircraft use the Boom-Receptacle refueling system. These systems are not compatible with each other. The RAF literally cannot provide fuel to Israel. The tankers in Qatar have been there since 2015 under Operation Shader, providing fuel to Typhoons performing anti-ISIS patrols over Iraq.
On the contrary, I think it would take a very long time. There would be so much incriminating stuff just lying around that you'd have to sort through it to find the one you want.
