I think they are safety glasses he has pulled down over his chin. The piece you see in the middle is the bridge. The lenses are in line with the view/ clear, so hard to see. Could be wrong.

Strong work my friend! I never struggled with weight, but I am a hopeless alcoholic (though I did quit 4 years ago). Was also on SSRIs. After nearly losing my life I replaced drinking with weight training. I honestly never needed the ssris again. It sounds weird, but keep kicking your ass. I've never been healthier. Good luck!

Thank you for what you do! I too was kinda a shit head. But I remember the teachers who cared to this day. Some of them changed my life a lot.

I just passed 3 years. I would think hard about the benefits of sobriety and compare to those of drinking. I have a feeling you'll find more in sobriety. Have you invested time in anything to replace drinking? This was vital for me- I started going to the gym and focusing on health. It helped a LOT! AA never appealed to me personally, though I know it works for a lot of folks. Hope it helps and best of luck!
