had a girl say "I like your face" but we used to tease each other a lot so I just walked away confused... took about 10 years to realize
The little red line it puts under the words when you get it wrong helps
yes, I typed it correctly. I assume you are trying to say I put breast instead of beast on accident but that's the quote...
well obviously not but I had just never though of the phrase in any different manner than being some random gibberish i guess
yeah, I saw that part of it but had never heard it quoted so left it out for the sake of keeping it true to the phrase
i assume this is a jab at my grammar and I should mention i got a D in english and am still drunk as I type this
have you ever seen the last episode of tom and jerry?
She became a stripper and i moved on
Atleast 2 occasionally 3 depending on how sore I am
I know it sounds cliche but when I think I can't go further I stare at myself in the mirror repeating in my head "one step further than him"
Wasn't a runner no... and all I do is never accept my previous time/distance as my best im always racing me and I'm not willing to lose
Day I ran 1.25 the next if I ran it in 12 minutes the next day I pushed for 11:40 you gotta be your own competition cheezy but how i do it
I just alternate between long distance and stamina running hit the weights as well and never let myself plateau.. if I made it a mile one
Thanks and I'll look at it but its kind of a mental thing going to the gym makes me workout whereas if I sit home I don't have to ya know?
My job was easy and i would fill much of my time eating... i recall eating 3 footlongs from subway plus breakfast and dinner at one point
Oh and I was also lifting weights and stuff at the same time working 2-3 muscle groups each time I went to the gym
Able to jog about 2 miles I would start pushing myself to run faster alternating between fast short runs and long distance and here I am
And walking on treadmill intermittently and was always pushing myself to go one step further than the man in the mirror after I was 2/?
I started out doing a lot of elliptical and bike work to shed initial weight and for low impact training and then I started jogging 1/?
actually i got a vanilla orange sherbert twist cone on the way home lmao!
you do distance running in seconds?
24.. why?
didn't know this couch to 5k was a thing until now but good on you m8 keep it up
gotta take it at your pace one day at a time. getting into the habit of doing it is usually the biggest hurdle
the only person you should be racing is yourself... stick with it i'm sure you will blow that out of the water
I guess thats why they call you zippy.. good shit man!
i told myself if i ever hit that weight i would work myself back to where i was in hs and here we are
when i graduated hs i added 50lbs to my weight and decided that was the heaviest i ever wanted to be.. in january i reached that weight
yeah..it can be pretty invigorating but for me the greatest high is mid run when you start sweating heavy and still have tons of energy
if by amazing you mean i feel like i could die at any second yes!
