I thought the same. That movie gave me nightmares as a kid. If people ask me what movie scared me as a kid it's this movie.

I do mine sous vide @ that temp for around the same time. Then finish it on a smoker to get the bark and smoke for a few hours.

I use sousvide for my steaks. Set the temp for 130. Put them in a vacuum sealed bag then drop them in for 3 hours. Sear on a hot cast iron

Yes they feed on that addiction to be the best. The micro transactions that are a gamble are bad. Or ways to unlock characters/weapons early

Oh I was close to probably 8 hours a day. My it was during my high school years. Mom got diagnosed with cancer, didnt get along w/my dad.

That's so true. I'll admit I was addicted to runescape to the point it was almost all I thought about. I played it like it was a job.

They do the exact same thing also. A lot of engineers also get burned out working for SpaceX also.

Looks good. Honestly I prefer to do my sear on cast iron keeps that high heat evenly. Also pat it dry to get a good sear.

Me too til I found mine. Check auctions, classic autotrader, eBay for starters then you'll find potential dealers etc and keep an eye out
