I have read that and I just disagree with it. After Seattle got rid of parking minimums, all parking and driving in Seattle has gotten worse
Combine all the spots from all the lots into a couple of parking garages and change the lots into parks. You don't lose any parking spots.
Minimum Parking is NOT the phrase to use. It is inflammatory. Parking lots should have been built into the buildings not as an accessory.
