I like lotr movies better, I hate the way they did the chosen one trope in HP.
Warmongers don't prevent an invasion of Iran.

I don't think the amount needed to be stored is feasible unless we count "just another 5-10 years" types of storage

I think it's not an issue that will be solved at one end alone, but deportation with a strong border is a unpopular but tenable option.
