I've played a lot of fallout and it really depends on perks and how many points we've dumped into Luck.
Part of the issue is the size, man. There are a fair amount of trucks on the market that are so high off the ground I can barely be seen above the hood and I'm 6'1. There has to be a middle ground. Part of it is also mass transit and how our cities are designed.
The issue is for every you there are five people who own a truck just because. We all know at least one air hauler.

A kill screen is when a game hits a point where it ends or crashes due to a value constraint. IIRC, in Donkey Kong it's a time-limit thing where the game gives you seconds to complete a board. For others, that constraint could be an integer overflow due to early file sizes. Think of games that have a level counter like Pac-Man.

Perhaps but here's how I look at it: when someone gets caught cheating, do you think that was the first time they cheated or the first time they got caught? People who drive like this get more and more aggressive. So, what's more likely? I'd posture that this isn't the first time they have driven in such a fashion. Now, to who they may or may not have hurt...alright, yeah, wild conjuncture but fuck this asshole.
