I stand corrected. The model S has the 'cut loop' and the disconnect built into the same location. The model 3 has the cut loop in the same location, but for Elon reasons they appear to have moved the disconnect. https://www.tesla.com/sites/default/files/downloads/Model_3_Emergency_Response_Guide_en.pdf
Unless that's a roadster thing, this is false. The S and all later models have a high voltage disconnect under the hood
