I worked both, and do not agree. I've worked as a barista, at an office, at a lab and currently on a factory. They can all equally suck, it's up to the management to decide. Surprisingly my barista job was the chillest one, because our manager gave zero fucks to bad customers and maintenance didn't take ages. My office/factory one is oh boy, constant fear of our CEO. I've had colleagues have breakdowns and what not.
