Fossil fuels (oil & NG) keep us alive. They are practically irreplaceable in industrial agriculture and transportation. We will stop using them when they become economically unaffordable. Then we die.
Actually, the ultimate best way to wake up is a 400W high-pressure sodium lamp hung above the bed that turns on some 10-15 minutes before you have to get out of the bed.
I was waiting for the attack part but it doesn't always come.

The kittens here are roughly the same age (12 weeks). I let them outside when they first showed interest. That was when they were four weeks old or so. They spend almost 24/7 outside now. They sleep on a chair on the porch.

Perhaps it was a spontaneous robbery gone wrong. That would make it manslaughter rather than murder, right?
None of the kitties I've raised have become compulsive bird hunters. And I've raised at least 25 of them.
She obviously doesn't know how to scratch properly.
I tasted dry cat food once, just out of curiosity. Not gourmet cuisine but it didn't kill me either.
Two kitties just came to investigate wtf is happening.
I almost managed to produce something very vaguely resembling a whistle.
I was flexible enough to do that. Like three decades ago. Now I'd need a longer dick, hahah.
This is Mini, two days old. She was born weighing roughly 50 grams, half of the usual birth weight.
I'll bag into my backpack by myself, thank you. :-) The ends of the cashier desks are divided into 2 or 3 bagging sections.
Everyone smiling or laughing at this is a psychopath... but it is kinda funny, hahah.. right!?!?
I can't help but notice the smelly shoes next to a Czar Size bed with a smelly body on it.
I think it is unethical to make more Toddlers Without Hope into this dying world.
Not a lot of $$$ required. Some knowledge and planning, sure.
The scientists and researches running the experiment would be displeased and disappointed.
Death is acute at first but becomes chronic as time passes.
Anyway, you cannot just build these all over the place without consideration, since they do actually slow the wind!

If I recall correctly these should be placed so that the next turbine downwind is 7-8 rotor diameters away, or there will be interference.
