Reminds me of the "Yorky pud wraps" - an entire roast dinner (chicken, veg, stuffing, gravy) wrapped in a Yorkshire pudding. It's amazing.

The combat has changed a lot since the first and is much better now; a good blend of action combat with strategic RPG systems = very fun 4/4
Also like Arkham games, you are fast and bounce between enemies like Batman. Also strategic as enemies have strengths and weaknesses 3/?
With heavy and light attacks, dodge and dodge roll, and parry. There is a lock on but it doesn't lock the camera, just who you attack 2/?

Absolutely! Do you have a high refresh monitor as well? If so I'm pretty jelly mine is max 60hz (ultrawide tho)
Additionally low FPS does introduce lag, the time between input and frame change increases. Eg 60Hz: 16.6ms latency, 15Hz: 66.6ms latency
True, however high ping can introduce frame drops/skips as the game client is waiting for information from the server, happens in LoL. :)

Watching it is very different from actually playing at 60fps. Start playing games at 60fps then you definitely prefer it I assure you.
Very few games on ps4 are over 30fps. The improved smoothness you feel is likely the fact the 360 could barely manage 30fps
