I know I'm late to this one, but my folks (mostly my dad) actually gives a solid time when food is ready. But my SO is always late for stuff and bothers me to be late. So I have to tell my SO 4:00-4:30 if my dad said 5. She always waits til I'm ready to have a shower, then she needs to "brush her hair"... it's a 20 min drive with good weather. FFS it drives me bonkers.

OP, if I may make a suggestion built on other commitments. If you want a couples game, I offer "Haven". It's split screen, so you only need one copy. My SO and I played it during a particularly hard time in our relationship, and it was a fun game for just us two. It is only 2 player, this way you don't have to be the bad person who says "I don't want friend to play with us" for a game. (PS, if you want to vent, my DMs are open. I understand what you are dealing with)
Just flag them for endangering children.
