I assure you, there was nothing accidental in his speech. That was practiced until perfection, and the only 'accidents' were when he was caught by surprised by the rowdiness of the crowd and couldn't continue his speech for a bit.

US House Representatives earn barely enough to afford to stay permanently in Washington for their 2 year tenure.
All it achieves is chase politicians into the arms of lobbyists and those who "want favors" in exchange for donations.
