Brewery? Werk Force Brewing in Plainfield. However, I like Mikerphone Brewing a lot as well.
Not only does it lower overhead costs (don't have to run a kitchen), but it helps someone else's business (the trucks).
Food trucks are the bomb! My favorite brewery in the Chicagoland area just brings in food trucks.
