And it's easy to defend such suit because you'd have to prove that's why you didn't get hired. Harder to prove than disprove.
Multibillion or multimillion dollar companies aren't worried about the cost of defending themselves from petty lawsuits.
Many legitimate companies do. The department of labor teaches this to federal employees and military.
Many professional jobs that require professional looks are hiring people who are professional day to day, not look professional occasionally
Yeah many skype interviews the first thing they ask is for you to stand up. This is a bad idea.
