Why did the US elect a vice president who converted to Catholicism, an organization responsible for the rape of over 300,000 children?
It's just that - an induced current in the conducting cone that opposes the magnetic field of the yellow pile.
This is not due to paramagnetism and this effect will work with copper or any good conductor. It is an induced current in the conducting metal that produces an opposing magnetic field.

My guess is that many of these "ICE agents" are summarily deputized bounty hunters who do not have true ICE credentials, uniforms, or training. They hide their faces because they would be criminally liable for kidnapping given their methods and lack of warrants.
Totally agree! I used to eat this crap all of the time when I was younger. Now it's not even worth the 30 cents. It's more like a punishment.
Just got back from Italy. Go to any run-of-the-mill bakery there (or anywhere in Europe) and try any non-industrial version of these products and you'll never buy this processed-food hellscape "food" again.

They can't tolerate having Kilmer interviewed about his abduction and rendition to CECOT. His account of what happened to him and what the conditions in CECOT are like is something they greatly want to avoid having aired. I am afraid this will not end well.

One time I was in the park and this guy dressed as Hamlet just started spouting lines from the play and then this random woman dressed as Ophelia came up and had a dialog with him! Then a bunch of other people joined in! It was so spontaneous! I would have hated it if it was rehearsed! /s
