Are you in Europe? The new S6 here has the 2.9 biturbo V6. Fast but no V10 or V8 sound :(
Yes, but I'm talking about the 4.2 FSI, which the 5.2 V10 was actually developed from. It's the high-revving, performance oriented 4.2 V8.
That said, I'd take the new V10 R8 10/10 times. Something special about the original V8 R8 with its gated shifter, though.
That 4.2FSI FSI isn't that common - it showed up in the RS4, RS5 and R8. Pretty rare to find a car with a V8 that revs up to 8500 nowadays.
The rest? The only other R8 engine is the 4.2 V8 and it was released before the V10.
What if it tastes good and I like it?
What about tripping him makes it an armed robbery?
