I can understand cynicism, but do you care to share any evidence/logic for that, or is it just opinion?
Pictures are definitely the same person, though I can definitely understand that they look quite different - maybe the one in the post is older? The picture is directly from the givealittle post.As to the rest, I'm certainly no authority; just spreading awareness. I am placing some faith in the news publication cited and in Oscar himself to verify the shown facts.

Wizards of the Coast (WotC), who currently own the D&D property, have been... suboptimal towards the community [1]. Part of the fallout from this means that a core part of the rules are available for free as "SRD 5.1" [2] (and a lot of useful rules information can be found online for free too) [3]. Also, youtube is an excellent resource for discovering how to be a good player (check out creators like XP to Level 3, the DM lair, WASD20, Sherlock Hulmes, Ginny Di, and Matthew Colville).

As a person quite literally in the process of reviewing academia on working from home, I can quite confidently say that the majority of manager hype about working in the office is bs unless your home working conditions are terrible
To quote my friend with arthritis: "Immigration NZ is ableist as fuck." Although, certainly could be worth a try
