I compulsively make terrible jokes.
I remember watching some supernatural detective anime where some vampire kid killed his mother with a frozen stake of holy water.
So concerned with 'heinous criminals and murderers' that they didnt decide to start with the ones already convicted and in prison with ice holds at release.
