There's a big difference between the kid changing clothes and the neighbor seeing him, and the kid jerking off by the window. One of those things is a lot more problematic than the other, obviously. (still not a reason to go on a rampage).

Other than completely missing the point, this is spot on.
JFC, him on the stand would be epic. All you'd need to do is ask a question that pisses him off and let him rant until he's found guilty.
His cultists will donate enough to cover his fines, and in the end he'll probably make money on this.
If the only penalty for a crime is a fine, than the law only applies to poor people.
