I also got a mental health referral as it was “causing significant stress and anxiety” since I’ve been with the consultant I got answers
Some drs will biopsy before the going in surgically but I had to really fight and jump through a lot of hoops to get them to do it

The best thing you can do is offer help if she needs it. I suffer from exhaustion but put all my energy In holding things together at work
I had multiple large cysts and overly large ovaries, after a lapemoscpy (sorry I cannot spell it) they confirmed the endo stage four

Honestly a scary thing to research!
It maybe free but you have to fight for care as it’s not something GP’s are often willing to explore
It can make or break a relationships I’ve had them end because of it b it I’ve found an SO now who I know is the one becuase of this
