I’m now 21, parents divorced when I was 8. Best decision mom made. Kids hate it when parents are unhappy/fight all the time

Yeah, at the least the product didn't turn out crumb-my!
Okay, I don't use commercial yeast and don't put dough in the fridge. Which flour do you prefer using to feed the starter?
Maybe Sunday is bread making day? I have no idea. I just started learning :)
