I have little cards in my kitchen with my friends allergies on them. One card is GFree and the other is GF. The GF is the Get Fucked card and it's to remind me not to invite those people...they have done something so egregious that my "forgiveness over self preservation" tendencies have been overwhelmed. They are not invited to eat anything made from my hands, at my table, in my home. I hope you have a very small GF card with very few names on it....but definitely these names.
