Plus the extra little bit of healing can really mean something in team fights, and playing active means you'll top people off constantly.
I rarely engage anyone as Zarya from long range, tending to duck between cover. Only exception being cover poking with her alt fire.
Disagree. He can shred most characters in the right hands, his damage output is very high w/ discord orb if you can lead yours shots well.
But once the shield's broken, Zarya's damage can quickly shred Zen's low health. Maybe it's just my playstyle as Zarya, though.
I don't think many of these are accurate. Zarya's certainly not weak vs Zen, her shield popping up gets rid of discord orb for example.
Or D.Va, or Genji, or a decent Pharah, or a Widowmaker or Hanzo if they're in a silly position, Mei, I could go on...
