One of scariest things to witness is a seizure. I'm so sorry, I know that minute must have felt like it would never end. My daughter's watched me have one and I know it traumatized them for a long time.
Yes, learned about "alligator bait" not to long ago.
He could not grasp the correct usage of their, they're and there. That wasn't the only reason but still. Ick.
It was going to be my 13 year olds first concert. :'(
I had my first grand Mal seizure at a little Cesar's. So yes my kids and I call it little seizures now.
I work in a NICU and have seen many cases of babies with ambiguous genitalia. Always super interesting cases.
I'm 39 and quickly realizing why older people become hermits that don't go out and have no friends. No one wants to hang out with me...and I'm slowly becoming ok with this.
Happens on rare occasion during an emergency c-section. Very fast paced and scary for everyone involved. Sliciing through all those layers super fast and if it's a teaching hospital well they may not be super experienced. I've only seen cuts a few times in my 5+ years as an RT working in the NICU. Kinda sad to see not a big deal if it's superficial. Just keep an eye on it and all will be fine.
Lost my ex husband and father of my children to alcoholism last week. I'm not ok. Hugs to you friend.

Respiratory therapist for 13 years. You're gonna love it...and hate it...but it's never boring.
Wanted a fridge, kept looking at it everyday. One day It said 15% sale on Samsung. Cool ...except fridge was marked up 15% that same day.
I take my kids trick or treating. Should I not leave candy out while I'm gone?
My boy is missing. I hope he comes home but I know he's gone. He's been coming to see me in my dreams. Mr. Manchas was the best snuggler.

My 91 camry smashed a 95 Volvo that pulled out in from of me. Camry only really had engine damage.
It's been 2 years. I should sell them huh.

As a respiratory therapist I have killed many people. We are the ones that turn off the ventilators at most hospitals.
