No judgement at all. Playing video games is supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience IMO. So I see no reason to add extra difficulty just for the sake of making things more difficult. Obviously that is what some people want to do, and all the power to them. But if it's not then don't. Just have fun playing the way you want to.
