voting the most important thing any of us can do is, if we are able, to find ways to contribute to positive change in the communities we live in and care about. Whether that be through your work, volunteering, and/or donating to causes and organizations that are doing the work. If you are in a position to do so I hope you are working towards change. Isn’t it just possible than on overture to MTG could be part of a larger anti-Trump strategy? Like, potentially an impeachment and actual removal of office? The obvious thing is that Trump is the most existential threat to democracy the US has seen in generations, we need him out of power by any (legal) means necessary. I canvassed for Harris’s in Pennsylvania before the election and I think Trump did win the swing states, albeit not by a lot. His comment thanking Elon helps makes folks on the left suspicious of elections, he made folks on the right suspicious of elections a long time ago. And if everyone is suspicious of elections then we don’t have elections, and thus Trump can cancel elections and/or just announce himself the winner of elections regardless of the outcome.

I would then use those 2 quarters to play the Street Fighter 2 machine. My family was super poor and my house was pretty chaotic so this was a nice simple pleasure.
