I work in healthcare and my boss’s daughter (an employee) was stealing...stuff. A nurse brought it up to Big Boss and the nurse got fired.

Gf and I were being tailgated this morning. Driver passed us and a few seconds later we see a trooper. He pulled her over. It was beautiful.
Isn’t it that you can’t be tried* for a crime, found not guilty, then retried again for the same crime? If it’s a mistrial, that’s different
