But now because so many people own multiple investment properties that sellable land is scarce and prices have increased 400%....
Yeah honestly no one WAS worried about one person renting out their house. It's when you get 2-10. And don't fix shit...
Or a partner with opposite work times. When you're tired after work/commute at midnight, your not always in the mood.
